Recently, the college organized a group of seven professional backbone teachers to conduct teacher training at the University of Debrecen in Hungary. This training mainly focused on themes such as "Intelligent Teaching and Technology Application", "Cross - Cultural Communication and Dissemination", "Critical Thinking Education and Innovation Education", and "Deepening Cooperative Education". It is an active exploration by the college to practice the educational concept of cultivating high - quality international talents, strive to build a teaching staff with an international perspective and digital literacy, expand international education paths, construct an international curriculum system and an international quality assurance system, and cultivate high - quality international talents.

During the training, the teachers deeply engaged in classroom learning about the construction of educational and teaching scenarios and classroom teaching design. Through special training, they enhanced their awareness of innovating and optimizing the blended learning model, as well as cross - cultural and interdisciplinary communication. Through theme conferences, in - depth interviews, and other forms, they broadened their horizons in international teaching and communication, providing new perspectives and ideas for teaching and scientific research innovation.

Professor Xiaohui Yang, the leader of the training group and the dean of the International College, pointed out that in future education and teaching, it is necessary to further expand the space for international exchanges, create more opportunities for teacher training and professional development, incorporate more practical teaching that connects schools, enterprises, and society into the training content, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international institutions and organizations. We should not only be open - minded to "bring in" advanced concepts and experiences, but also be confident to "go out". We need to accelerate the transformation of the training results into teaching practice, apply what we have learned, and share experiences within our respective basic teaching units.
