Every Teaching Unit:
In August of this year, the university is enlisted in first-batch base construction university for Innovative and Practical Program for High-level International Talents of Center for Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries of the Ministry of Education. In order to further expand the international platform for talents training of the university, let more students have access to participate in international internship and practice activities and improve international version and ability to intercultural communication, we open the curriculum system for global governance equipped by the base of Innovative and Practical Program for High-level International Talents to sophomores or above. And we put forward the program based on application for the curriculum and selection examination results. We hereby inform the related information for preregistration of base experimental class as follow:

Registration Way

Applicant
Sophomores or above have access to registration (Including academic master, professional master and doctoral students).

Application Requirements
1. English score for the applicant shall meet one of the
following requirements:
Score to CET-4 is above 530; score to CET-6 is above 500; score to LELTS is equal to or above 6.0; scores to TOFEL/GRE/GMAT is equal to or above 65% of each full mark.
2. Grade Point Average (GPA): No less than 3.5.

Enrolment number and Examination Process
The size of the base experimental class is decided by the preregistration and the results of special examination organized by the course resource supplier, Zhongke Haobo International Education and Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. And the size is no more than 120. After preregistration, applicants shall conduct processes such as documents review, written examination and interview according to the overall arrangement by the national program base organization. And examination date is for further notice.

Way and Deadline of Preregistration
We adopt the principle of voluntary registration and admit the best examinee. If you are interested, please fill in the attached “Student Application Form for Curriculum of Global Governance of Innovative and Practical Program Base for High-level International Talents ” and provide the copy of evidences of language score and grade point. Deadline for the registration is November 30, 2020 (Monday). Course Arrangement
1.
Course System
From the beginning of 2021, our university has provided a total of more than 8 online courses in two semesters for students, with no more than 2 courses taken per semester. Students who complete four or more courses by the end of 2021 will have the opportunity to participate in the study activities of the high-end courses customized by project experimental class as well as overseas practical training activities organized by international organizations. If you quit a class which you have successfully enrolled but not finished, you will be treated as failed. The catalog of courses to be offered in spring semester of academic year 2021 will be further announced according to the overall arrangement of the national program base organization.
2. Teaching Form
The course will be conducted in the form of online live in English. If there is a time conflict for you, you can watch the replay to study. Each course is taught in five times, for approximately 12 hours, or 16 credit hours. Students who have difficulty in learning can take additional assistant basic courses or advanced courses (both approximately for 8 hours). Courses will be generally scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, and its specific time will be announced according to the overall arrangements of the national program base organization.
3. Exam
Method
Global governance courses will be assessed by post-class assignments and your attendance, with the procedural post-class assignments assigned to each course accounting for 80% of the final grade and attendance accounting for 20% of the final grade. The results will be provided by the lecturer party.
II.
Course expenses for base experimental class
The expenses for attending the related courses of base experimental class will be shared by the university and the student together, with 50% supported by the university. The basic expenses of the courses are listed below:

Each customized course costs from 150,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan, with a maximum class size of 30 students taking a minimum of two courses. The cost of the customized course is shared according to the specific number of students. |
Overseas Practical Training Activity of International Organizations costs 25,000 yuan per time. |
